Role Overview

The Project Administrator will perform various specialized accounting functions, ensuring procedures and practices are followed in accordance with company policy and contractual obligations. This role is part of Geosyntec's international engineering and consulting firm serving private and public-sector clients. The team serves clients from offices across the world, addressing new ventures and complex problems involving the environment, natural resources, and civil infrastructure.

What You Will Do

The Project Administrator will be responsible for reading and interpreting contract provisions, setting up accurate project information in the accounting database, reviewing and submitting employee expense reports, performing electronic timesheet administration procedures, and initiating billing cycles.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma and four years of experience in project administration and invoicing, or equivalent combination of experience and training. You should have experience with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of data entry techniques.
