Role OverviewMWH is seeking a qualified Project Administrator to provide support on projects. This position is located in Gresham, Oregon. The Project Administrator will be responsible for checking in and scanning everyone who enters the project site at security checkpoint, assisting the Contract Manager with receiving and distributing certified payroll reports, and assisting the Project Controls Manager with preparing monthly billings to clients.
What You Will Do
The Project Administrator will be responsible for regularly reviewing and verifying vendor and subcontractor invoices, preparing weekly commute reporting and other data, and maintaining tracking and reporting of project status and timelines. The Project Administrator will also assist Project Managers with other administrative duties such as preparing weekly project updates and reporting, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years' experience in an administration role, with extensive experience working with Microsoft Office. The candidate should have effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and sound organizational and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
