Role OverviewThe Project Administrator provides administrative support to the Project Manager, aiding in project administration, human resources, and office management. They assist the project team with various projects and perform general office support while maintaining a customer service culture.
What You Will Do
The Project Administrator will organize and prepare subcontracts, supply agreements, purchase orders, and change orders. They will act as a liaison between project managers, clients, and subcontractors, and maintain job-specific documents. They will also coordinate archiving, complete project set-up and maintenance, and prepare various correspondence and reports.
