Role OverviewThe Project Administrator-TFI will support the Project Engineer in preparing, reviewing, and submitting bond applications for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as required by the Texas Municipal Utility Districts (MUD's) serviced by Tierra. This position will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and ensuring the MUD reimbursable amounts due to D.R. Horton and the other developer clients of Tierra are reimbursed.
What You Will Do
Provide cost effective administration for the clients of Tierra Financial in compliance with MUD district policies and procedures and in accordance with federal, state, local laws, and regulations. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures for tracking process, perform data analysis and generate reports, organize and maintain information relevant to the ongoing measurement and analysis of data necessary to monitor status of outstanding bonds.
