The role manages projects and software-related activities from planning through implementation, including release readiness, testing coordination, issue management, risk identification, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, software support, software implementation, business analysis, or product management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from planning through completion
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and support position change across multiple groups
- Experience communicating project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
- Ability to work at night 3 times per year to support client installations
- Ability to travel up to 5%
