A Business Project Analyst role capturing and prioritizing business-driven issues, facilitating root cause analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are owned, tracked, and resolved.

Requirements

  • Partner with business leads to capture, categorize, and prioritize operational issues and change requests
  • Facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions
  • Develop corrective action plans with business-owned accountability, clear timelines, and measurable success criteria
  • Produce business-facing status reports and triage summaries for leadership review and decision-making
  • Escalate unresolved or high-impact issues to the VP of Project Governance
