Job Description
As a Project Analyst at Salas O'Brien, you will support Army Environmental Command (AEC) by evaluating existing environmental service contracts and identifying opportunities to transition those contracts into Intergovernmental Support Agreements (IGSAs). This role combines environmental program knowledge with contract analysis, stakeholder coordination, and partnership research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, Public Policy, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience supporting environmental programs, government contracts, program analysis, or partnership development.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and programs (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, NEPA, compliance or remediation services).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience producing clear, well-organized written deliverables and briefings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn contract or project tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with government and external stakeholders.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
