Role OverviewAs the Project and Key Accounts Manager, you will lead the delivery of Building Technology Solutions professional services and software solutions, managing projects from planning and construction through facility operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, coordinating field service activities, supporting key accounts, and ensuring successful implementation of software solutions, and assistance facilitating related project product sales.
What You Will Do
Manage and execute professional services projects, field activities, and site-based consulting engagements. Perform and oversee field-based inspections, surveys, audits, inventory programs, and consulting engagements for customer facilities. Lead fire, smoke, egress, and door opening assessments while documenting findings and providing remediation recommendations.

Requirements
- College/University degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: architectural, engineering, construction science/management, business, or similar)
- At least 2-3 years’ industry related experience in construction project management experience is preferred.
- Architectural and construction industry-related experience, including door and hardware applications and specifications and software training and support, is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Above average working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture software preferred.
- Familiarity of construction management software applications is a plus.
