Job Description
Join Gensler's Government practice in Washington, D.C. as a Project Architect. Lead design teams, create innovative design solutions, and collaborate with talented colleagues to enhance Gensler's culture for design excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 6-10 years project experience in an architectural practice, including demonstrated success in public sector and/or secure work
  • Advanced knowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Registered/Licensed Architect (if you are in the process of taking AREs)
  • LEED, Fitwell or WELL accreditation is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices
