Role OverviewAs a Project Architect at HFG Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the technical and design execution of architectural projects from conception to construction. You will ensure that projects are delivered with high-quality documentation, meet client expectations, and align with HFG’s values of integrity, leadership, innovation, and people.
What You Will Do
Design & Documentation: Lead the development of architectural drawings and specifications across all project phases, including schematic design (SD), design development (DD), construction documents (CD), and construction administration (CA). Project Execution & Delivery: Manage design deliverables and contribute to project scheduling to meet key milestones and deadlines.

Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Licensed Architect (or on the path to licensure within 12 months)
- 5–10 years of architectural experience, preferably in healthcare or complex technical building types
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Bluebeam, Rendering Structure, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills
- Ability to lead technical production efforts with minimal supervision
