Role OverviewThis is a remote/rotational position on a construction project with an estimated duration of one (1) year. The position involves fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal and insulation systems. The job requires working in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources.
What You Will Do
Determines project requirements, fabricates and assembles sheet metal and insulation products, sets up and operates fabricating machines, fastens seams and joints together, and inspects individual parts and installations for conformance to specifications and codes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has two (2) years of experience in advanced layout and fabrication of sheet metal and insulation components, and two (2) years of industrial facility experience. They must also have equipment certification within 90 days of start date and a valid driver's license.
