Role OverviewAs a Project Assistant, you will assist the project manager with managing projects. You will utilize and provide meaningful and timely reports using key performance indicators to aid in managing the health of the project. You will also develop, maintain, and update project documentation, and contact customers to obtain project-specific information.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include utilizing and providing reports, developing and maintaining project documentation, contacting customers, completing project close-out, tracking accruals, scheduling work, reviewing invoices, working with Accounts Receivable and Billing Department, forecasting, creating purchase orders, and working with internal support groups.
