Role OverviewThe Project Consultant meets with homeowners and property managers to inspect structures, diagnose foundation or soil-related problems, and recommend engineered repair solutions. This is a consultative outside sales role where you will visit properties, perform inspections, educate clients on repair options, and guide them through the process of restoring their structure.
What You Will Do
Drive to pre-scheduled customer appointments, conduct detailed inspections, diagnose structural settlement, soil movement, drainage problems, or seawall issues, design repair solutions, present findings, prepare repair proposals, and close projects.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices (preferred but not required)
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to use sales software and inspection tools
- Strong communication skills
