Job Description
We are seeking a Project Controls Administrator to manage project information, coordinate information flow, and prepare detailed minutes of meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience with a consulting/engineering firm.

Requirements

  • Manage project information, including hard-copy and electronic files
  • Coordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants
  • Attend project meetings and prepare detailed minutes of meetings
  • Develop presentations based on input from project team members
  • Prepare new project start-up documents per HDR project and quality procedures
  • Develop and track project schedules for meetings and deliverables
  • Monitor, update and review financial data
  • Prepare draft monthly progress reports
  • Track and ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Use processes and tools established on projects
  • Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
  • Prepare various reports
  • Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools
  • Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
  • Assist in costs estimate development and review
