At HDR, we are looking for a Project Controls Administrator to manage project information, coordinate information flow, and attend project meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project controls tools and excellent communication skills.

Develop presentations

Monitor and review financial data

Track and ensure compliance with contract requirements
Use processes and tools established on projects
Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
Prepare various reports
Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools
Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
Assist in costs estimate development and review
