Job Description
The Tsui Group is seeking a Project Controls III - Capital Improvement Program (CIP) including TDIP in Los Angeles County. In this role, you will be responsible for project reporting, controls activities that includes planning / scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control activities, change management.

Requirements

  • Reviews cost and contract performance of the Capital Program and reports variances and risks.
  • Develops programmatic policies, procedures, and reports to ensure proper cost controls across the Capital Program.
  • Performs independent analysis of project cost and contract performance throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to, budgeting, invoice processing, progress reporting, resource management, and closeout.
