Job Description
CMTS is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Cost Manager to support large-scale aviation capital improvement programs in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience supporting complex multi-million-dollar construction programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience in project controls, cost engineering, or construction management
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-million-dollar aviation or airport construction programs required
  • Experience evaluating and reporting on Alternative Delivery methods required
  • Strong understanding of project controls disciplines including cost management, forecasting, scheduling, estimating, and risk management
  • Experience with PMIS platforms such as PMWeb or similar systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel and Word
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat required
  • Experience with Primavera P6 preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, management staff, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
