As a Project Controls Lead, you will lead activities within the Project Controls Department in support of the successful project and program outcomes of the Novo Nordisk portfolio. You will provide direction, coaching, and indirect day-to-day leadership of team members to meet and/or exceed business, regulatory, and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Measure and monitor controlling variables primarily impacting project time and cost, lead activities within the Project Controls Department, provide direction and coaching to team members, and engage project leadership to update/report on progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study from an accredited university
- Minimum of five (5) years of project experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality, preferably in a pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven expertise in mentoring/development, change management, planning/organizing, managing execution
