Role OverviewThe Project Controls Manager will be responsible for tracking and managing schedule, budget, productivity, labor, and financial forecasts for large construction projects. They will need to track the progress of the work being performed to identify work scopes needing closer management to remain on schedule and within budget.
What You Will Do
The Project Controls Manager will continually re-assess planned labor, analyze financial impacts of changes in planned manpower, track and analyze project controls data, and update proprietary workbooks. They will also assist accounting in ensuring invoices are timely and accurate, work with field supervision to determine installed quantities, and submit and track change requests with customers.

- Ability to self-prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and time constraints
- Ability to ‘self-learn’ and independently research tasks that are unfamiliar to figure out and implement solutions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime when the job requires it
- Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in other Microsoft suite programs such as Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong understanding of the financial workings of both T&M and Lump Sum projects
- Experience with Primavera or MS Project is preferred but not required
- Experience in VBA is preferred but not required
