Role Overview

The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for managing the project workload assigned to the regional CRE Project Delivery team. This includes supporting strategic planning and PM execution, vendor partner relationship management, project pipeline tracking, and resource planning. The role will also involve being the main point of contact for training and onboarding of variable PM resources and other onboarding activities.

What You Will Do

The Project Controls Specialist will perform various tasks such as cost analysis, schedule development, procurement strategies, and managing relationships with client partners, vendors, and GCs. They will also provide project pipeline tracking and resource planning reports and analysis, and be responsible for training and onboarding of variable PM resources.

Requirements
