Project Controls Specialist

As a Project Controls Specialist at HDR, you will contribute to the design and delivery of spaces and experiences that advance community well-being around the world. You will work with a team of architects, planners, designers, and technical experts to solve complex design challenges with creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include establishing WBS, developing and maintaining complex project schedules, coordinating with team members, developing and monitoring project metrics, and conducting project site visits.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a strong ability to interpret construction schedules, and certifications such as PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, or CST are preferred. You will also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 5 years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects
• Certifications: PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST
• Ability to interpret construction schedules
