Role OverviewWe're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL or Nashville, TN. As a Project Coordinator, you will learn the skills to be a successful entry-level professional and gain experience under the supervision of practicing registered architects. You will collaborate with team members through all phases of the design process, from programming and design concept through completion of construction documents. Your work will directly contribute to shaping environments where people live, work, and thrive, all while growing your career within a supportive, people-first culture.
What You Will Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will learn the skills to be a successful entry-level professional and gain experience under the supervision of practicing registered architects. You will collaborate with team members through all phases of the design process, from programming and design concept through completion of construction documents. You will engage in Construction Administration, including job site visits, and ensure client satisfaction by learning and applying quality control processes to your work.

Requirements
- 5-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program.
- 0-3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating strong concept design skills.
- Eligible to pursue licensure.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated competency using Revit and AutoCAD is required.
- Foundational knowledge using Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles, and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
