Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator will be at the center of the action—coordinating schedules, shipments, installations, documentation, and project requirements while partnering with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and Project Managers.
What You Will Do
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of product shipments and all required resources to ensure achievement of defined project requirements, from order entry through project close-out.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate must have B2B customer service, delivery & install and/or distribution industry experience. Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or minimum of 5 years of business-to-business customer interaction experience required
- Project, delivery, or installation scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand layouts/designs a plus
- ServSafe Level 2 and CFSP certifications a plus
