Job Description
The Project Coordinator: Safety Projects/Daylighting position is responsible for planning, developing, designing, and implementing Street Improvement Projects to improve safety for pedestrians, motor vehicles, bicyclists, and motorcyclists.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of satisfactory full-time experience in city planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of traffic calming, urban design, pedestrian-oriented design, complete streets, and traffic engineering
  • Excellent writing, editing, oral presentation, and community outreach skills
