Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator Intern will support strategic initiatives at the intersection of project management, data, technology, and business operations. Working alongside project managers, data analysts, and business and technical stakeholders, the intern will help coordinate projects, support firm-wide programs, develop reporting for senior leadership, and contribute to AI engagement and adoption initiatives.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working with data and translating it into insights, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in project management, business operations, and how large organizations plan and execute complex, data-driven initiatives, along with a curiosity about AI and how modern tools are applied to real business problems.
