Job Description
Project Coordinator position supports engineers through the project lifecycle by developing project scope and fee, setting up and maintaining project schedules, and managing budgets. Attends internal and external project meetings and develops resource plans. Must have 5+ years of project support experience in the AEC industry and experience with Microsoft Office and Project. Hourly pay is $40-$50 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time in-office position with hybrid scheduling available after onboarding.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years of project support experience in the AEC industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Microsoft Project, and a Project ERP System (Deltek Preferred)
