Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of customer support experience
  • Ability to maintain positive communications with internal and external customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently
  • Good data entry and keyboarding skills
