Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of customer support experience
Ability to maintain positive communications with internal and external customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently
Good data entry and keyboarding skills
