As an Administrative Project Coordinator, you will assist in the management of projects, coordinate meetings, and maintain project documents. You will work with multiple Project Managers and project teams, and have a strong commitment to our employee-owned culture.
Requirements
Type and format project documents
Create and maintain paper and electronic files
Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
Assist with and coordinate meetings and presentations
Exhibit professionalism with clients
Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams
Assist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices and expense reports
