What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include managing the full order process, gathering order requirements, responding to customer inquiries, verifying pricing, and maintaining accurate records in ERP and internal systems. You will also collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and on-time product delivery, coordinate field support visits, and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings
  • Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
