Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through order completion. This position is responsible for preparing estimates, reviewing measurements and blueprints, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting customers with product selection.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the countertop, construction, building materials, or related industry is preferred
- Experience with estimating, blueprint interpretation, and measurements preferred
- Interior design or related experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a background check
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn company-specific software and systems
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and diplomatic approach to challenging customer situations
