Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator provides procurement, administrative, and logistical support to the Projects Division, ensuring that unit replacements, equipment retrofits, and similar work are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for equipment procurement, purchase orders, submittal verification, lead times, shipping, and delivery, project tracking and communication, warehouse staging and delivery coordination, receiving and damage documentation, warranty, defect, and damage claims, field verification, project closeout, vendor invoicing and billing, change orders and added scope, subcontractor bid coordination, subcontractor administration, rental equipment and site logistics, permits and inspections, startup and commissioning support, document control, safety and job site conduct, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years in HVAC, mechanical construction, or a related project or facility service business
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment, mechanical and piping systems, and purchase order and procurement processes
- Experience with project documentation, submittals, and closeout packages preferred
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
