Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will utilize a responsibility matrix to ensure alignment with ongoing business process improvement efforts and provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders. You will support project management during the bidding and award processes and coordinate submission of project documentation per project requirements.
Requirements
Utilize a responsibility matrix to ensure alignment with ongoing business process improvement efforts
Collect and process data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders
Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
Support project management during the bidding process
Support project management during the award process
Organize information into standard formats and reports in various systems and locations
Coordinate submission of project documentation per project requirements
Create and distribute potential change items and requests for information
Track, monitor, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure necessary documentation meets compliance requirements
Share subject matter expertise to support teamwork and deliver results
Utilize discretion and integrity with highly confidential and sensitive information
