Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will provide essential programmatic and administrative support to the Occupational Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (OLPPP). The Project Coordinator will support the OLPPP Chief and team members with tracking, coordinating, and managing a wide range of program activities.

What You Will Do

The Project Coordinator will assist with daily operations of OLPPP's blood lead level (BLL) surveillance system, including importing patient records, researching missing information, and entering data into a database. The Project Coordinator will also process fee waiver applications, develop written documentation, and attend meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Five years of experience in occupational health, preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products
