Role Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the Enterprise Commercial team led strategic projects. The role serves as the central point for organization, communication, documentation, and follow-through, ensuring decisions, actions, and information are captured, tracked, and communicated across stakeholders. Working across leadership teams, agencies, and functional partners, the Project Coordinator helps maintain alignment, visibility, and momentum while leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and execution.

What You Will Do

Coordinate activities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions across multiple strategic enterprise commercial programs. Manage project administration, including documents, presentations, meeting materials, action logs, and communication repositories.
