Job Description
Project Coordinator, Travel Loan Program, supporting the USRAP (United States Refugee Admissions Program), with duties including daily management, supervision, and training of staff, and representing IOM in various meetings and forums.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination and management, with experience in contact center and account management a plus
  • Experience in supervision and staff management, with ability to ensure compliance with IOM standards and US regulations
  • Knowledge of migration health assessments, cultural orientation training, and administration of the travel loan and collections program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to represent IOM in a variety of meetings and forums
