Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Cost Consultant to support a prestigious technology client’s rapidly expanding data center infrastructure program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6–7 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 4 years in a cost focused project controls role supporting large, multi‐project programs.
  • Data Center or relatable mission critical construction experience is strongly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cost control tools (e.g., eBuilder, Procore, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
