Role Overview

The Project Data Analyst is responsible for tracking customer contracts, change orders, and monies, ensuring that changes are made in Govt software. This role also involves maintaining, tracking, analyzing project schedules, progress measurement, cost estimates, and variances.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include tracking customer contracts and change orders, ensuring all contracts and change orders have been executed, reviewing billings for accuracy, submitting billing to customers, logging billings in a log to track outstanding invoices, and reconciling vendor statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related business field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in a similar role as Project Analyst
  • Advanced Power Point and Word skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office products
  • Microsoft Access experience is a plus
  • Maximo or ILSS experience is a plus
