Role OverviewThis role is responsible for leading end-to-end customer implementations and guiding clients through the successful adoption of Softeon's supply chain solutions. The Project Delivery Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers, combining strong warehouse operations knowledge, deep product understanding, and leadership skills to deliver successful project outcomes and drive measurable business value.
What You Will Do
Lead delivery of full lifecycle implementations, analyze customer operations, guide solution design, act as a primary client-facing leader, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee system configuration, lead customer workshops, guide development of test strategies, ensure effective deployment planning, monitor project progress, and provide high-level solution estimates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in WMS or supply chain software implementation and delivery
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes
- Demonstrated experience leading complex software implementation projects and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of supply chain execution systems, including WMS, WES, and warehouse automation integrations
- Experience translating business requirements into solution design and system configuration strategies
- Strong understanding of system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS) and data formats (EDI, XML, APIs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops, and drive decision-making with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 50%
- US Citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States
