Role OverviewThe Project Development Coordinator is a client-facing support role within I-Grace’s Project Development Team, reporting to the Senior Vice President and supporting the cultivation of new project opportunities and the maintenance of relationships with owners, architects, and designers across the full lifecycle of a project.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include acting as an initial point of contact for clients, supporting the SVP and Manager in driving prospective projects forward, attending networking and business development meetings, and coordinating intake, development, and documentation of new project opportunities and inquiries.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in architecture, interior design, project management, or high-end residential private property management
- BA in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent construction experience
- Experience working on high-end residential projects and/or within luxury brands
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawing sets
- Knowledge of technical architectural components, formal architectural styles, and corresponding phases of the design process
- Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; preferred for client-facing travel throughout the New York area
