Job Description
HDR is seeking an experienced Project Development Technical Specialist to join our Michigan-based Power Generation team. The role involves leadership of project development teams, coordination with engineering disciplines, monitoring and communication of project status, and providing development consulting support for conceptual design and owner’s engineer projects on both a technical and contractual level.

Requirements

  • Ability and commitment to obtain a Professional Engineers license
  • Have the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
  • Willing to mentor less experienced specialists, engineers, and EITs
  • Proficient at working within an established schedule and budget
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
