Role OverviewThe Project Director is responsible for overall management of the Concrete Division, ensuring a safe, effective, and efficient operation. This position works closely with Project Managers and is accountable for the satisfaction of safety, clients, and financial performance.
What You Will Do
The Project Director will monitor safety, job cost, schedules, and quality of work on all assigned projects, provide assistance in preconstruction, and contribute to the executive direction and leadership of the area office.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Construction related discipline, Business Administration, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience of progressively responsible experience in construction, management, estimating, scheduling, and field personnel management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to model the Flintco Ethos, communicate effectively, and perform all duties and operational procedures utilizing company information technology systems
