Role Overview

The CRB Project Director (PD) is a role that develops and implements a plan to deliver required projects and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible. This position is responsible for supporting business operations, negotiating contracts, and supervising project staff. Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites around Columbus, Lexington, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Louisville.

What You Will Do

Develop Execution Strategy, Creative new ways for successful delivery, Set the project up for success. Establish CRB Culture and Core Values, Communicate with sponsor/stakeholders/business leaders during the project. Provide overall leadership and direction to the team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent, and a minimum of ten years of experience in the AEC Industry. Industry-specific certification, including but not limited to PMP & AECPMA, DBIA, is also required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC Industry
  • Industry-specific certification, including but not limited to PMP & AECPMA, DBIA
  • Demonstrated Senior Project Management success managing single large projects or a portfolio of smaller projects
  • Advanced understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in design and construction
  • Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing integrated teams including subcontractors
  • Understanding of integrated project delivery including design, procurement, CQV, and construction processes
  • Proficient in typical software tools (Microsoft Suite), Safety, Scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
