Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Project Director to lead our project teams in the successful delivery of senior living construction projects. The Project Director will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from estimating through final close-out, and serve as the primary leader for multiple concurrent developments.

What You Will Do

The Project Director will be responsible for leading and developing the Project Manager team, overseeing project leadership and strategy, risk management and quality control, team management and coordination, technical guidance, financial oversight, warehouse operations, safety and compliance, and operational excellence.
