Job Description
The Project Director will oversee the Bridges Public Charter School's Comprehensive Literacy State Development grant project, implementing the literacy plan and overseeing grant activities. This part-time role requires a Master's degree in literacy or a related field and experience in an urban elementary school setting.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in literacy or a related field, or significant literacy training or experience
  • Experience in an urban elementary school setting
  • Understanding of the community’s needs
  • Professionalism, sensitivity, and responsibility to students and Eagle Academy’s mission
  • Intellectual agility, commitment to maintaining rigorous standards, and ability to think strategically
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and address students’ needs and meet deadlines
