Role OverviewThe Project Director is a client-facing, revenue-generating role responsible for estimating, securing, and directing emergency services, mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction projects. The position owns the scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communication, financial outcomes, and overall project direction.
What You Will Do
Develop detailed and accurate scopes of work, validate scopes with insurance adjusters and customers, ensure project alignment, and collaborate with Project Managers to handoff jobs for production.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of restoration or construction experience, 2-3 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager, and experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of restoration or construction experience
- 2-3 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager
- Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects
- Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, and industry practices
- IICRC Certifications (all levels)
- Xactimate Certification
- T&M Platforms
- OSHA/Environmental Certifications
