Job Description
The Project Director is responsible for leading project teams and ensuring optimal performance throughout the construction lifecycle, beginning at Design Development and continuing through Final Project Closeout. The role is critical to delivering high quality, cost effective multifamily communities while maintaining predictable outcomes for investors.

Requirements

  • Drive culture within the Construction Department and Project Teams by promoting and exhibiting the core values and guiding principles of the company.
  • Responsible and accountable for project execution and performance including safety, financials, schedule, quality, and managing expectations.
  • Provide positive and effective leadership, direction, mentorship and motivate team members.
