Project Director (SAISD EDP)

The Project Director is responsible for the facilitation, coordination, oversight, and quality assurance of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio programming at eight San Antonio Independent School District EDP sites. This position ensures daily program operations are safe, consistent, engaging, and aligned with BGCSA standards, SAISD expectations, grant or contract requirements, and positive youth development best practices.

What You Will Do

The Project Director will serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned EDP sites, supervise and support site-based staff, ensure youth development programming is age-appropriate and engaging, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with SAISD administrators, campus contacts, families, BGCSA leadership, volunteers, and community partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, nonprofit management, social work, youth development, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in youth development, education, after-school programming, school partnerships, nonprofit program operations, or a related field
• At least one year of supervisory, project coordination, or multi-site program leadership experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of positive youth development, behavior management, social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed or restorative practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and use attendance, reporting, and program management systems
• Strong organization, time management, coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between BGCSA offices and assigned SAISD EDP sites
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
