What You Will Do
The Project Employee, Talent Acquisition Lead will own full lifecycle recruitment across various lines of business, create strong working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, cultivate and engage high-quality talent pipelines, and drive the NBA's recruitment process by actively managing and engaging talent pipelines across Talent Acquisition's tech stack.

Requirements
- 5+ years of full lifecycle corporate recruitment experience for a global brand
- Experience leading searches at all levels and across a variety of functional areas, including content and media, corporate functions, business operations, and technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred
