Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our team as a Project Engineer - Design and Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet customer facilities requirements. They will also develop multiple relationships with new and existing customers, survey and appraise building systems, and prepare solutions design, proposals, and presentations.

The Project Engineer - Design and Development will be responsible for determining project needs, constraints, and responsibilities, developing equipment specifications and construction drawings, preparing solutions design, proposals, and presentations, and managing project submittal review and approval.

The successful candidate will also have a Professional Engineering (PE) License, knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, and experience with Autodesk Products specifically Revit and AutoCAD.
Requirements
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans and specifications
- Ability to understanding HVAC systems and controls and basic HVAC principles, concepts, and perform calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office-related products
- On path to attain EI certification
- Knowledge and general understanding of Autodesk Products specifically Revit and AutoCAD
