What You Will Do
Design and develop electrical systems, power distribution, schematics, panel layouts, and equipment for industrial automation and manufacturing applications. Create and maintain electrical drawings, BOMs, engineering documentation, and technical requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
- 8+ years of experience designing electrical systems for industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, or similar environments preferred
- Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of industrial controls, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, motor controls, and industrial networking
- Strong understanding of NEC, UL 508A, NFPA 70, CE, and other applicable electrical codes and standards
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, commissioning, startup, and field support activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working collaboratively across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, project management, customers, and suppliers
- Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence; experience with Lean Manufacturing and regulated industrial environments is a plus
- Experience in lithium battery manufacturing, plastics, process equipment, or related industries is preferred
